Welcome to the Stourhead Benefice

The Archdeacon of Sudbury, the Venerable David Jenkins wrote “The Stourhead Benefice is a jewel in the crown of the Diocese of St. Edmundsbury and Ipswich with its beautiful churches and stunning setting...in the heart of the beautiful Suffolk countryside.”  The benefice stretches from Kedington, just a few miles from the town of Haverhill, through the parishes of Great and Little Wratting, Barnardiston, Great and Little Thurlow through to Great and Little Bradley.  The villages lie along the valley of the River Stour.

Welcome to the Benefice web site.
